Carmen Viola
Carmen, sole proprietor of Blue Moon Arts was certified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 1995 and is registered with Yoga Alliance. A freelance web designer, she received a web design certficate from Bellevue College in 2009. Read more about Carmen's yoga or web design.
Yoga Classes
Lake Wilderness Lodge Students:
Ted, a longtime student, is having to undergo radiation and chemo for two different types of cancer he was diagnosed with recently. There may be opportunities to assist with driving him to and from treatment or helping with other needs. If you are interested in providing any assistance, let me know. To follow his story, you can go to his online journal.
Reminder: When Tahoma Schools are closed due to inclement weather, classes in the Lodge are cancelled.

- Maple Valley: Carmen teaches and coordinates the yoga program for the City of Maple Valley Parks and Rec at Lake Wilderness Lodge. Classes with Carmen or Frances. Read bios.
